How it works

From first call to final walkthrough.

1. Tell us about the project

Call, text, or send the form. A few sentences and a photo or two are enough to start.

2. We assess the work

Some jobs can be priced from a description. Others need a visit to see the panel, the wiring, or the space.

3. You get a clear estimate

What’s included, what it costs, and what isn’t covered, before any work starts.

4. We schedule the work

We agree on a date and tell you how long the power will be off, if at all.

5. Professional installation

Clean, code-compliant work. If something unexpected turns up, you hear about it before we change the scope.

6. Final walkthrough

We test the work, clean up, and walk you through what we did.

Questions

Common questions about working with us.

What electrical services do you provide?

Residential and commercial electrical work: troubleshooting and repairs, service panel replacement, lighting, remodel and renovation wiring, tenant improvements, dedicated circuits for equipment such as hot tubs and heat pumps, preventative maintenance, and generator inlet hookups.

Do you provide estimates?

Yes. Some jobs can be priced from a description and a few photos. Others need a visit first. Either way, you get a clear scope and price before any work starts.

Do I need an electrical permit?

New circuits, panel work, and most new wiring need an electrical permit and an inspection in Washington. Some like-for-like repairs don’t. Inside Vancouver city limits the City of Vancouver handles permits; elsewhere it’s Washington L&I. We’ll tell you which applies and take care of it.

Can you upgrade or replace my electrical panel?

Yes. We check the load first, so the new panel and service are sized for what the house runs now and what you plan to add, then replace it with every circuit labeled.

Can you track down an electrical problem?

Yes. Tripping breakers, dead outlets, flickering lights, and warm switches are some of our most common calls. We test until we find the cause, then explain it before we repair it.

Do you work on remodels?

Yes. Kitchens, baths, additions, and whole-home renovations, from rough-in through trim-out and final inspection.

Do you work with homeowners and contractors?

Both. We work directly for homeowners and property owners, and we work for general contractors, remodelers, builders, and property managers who need an electrician that shows up and stays in scope.

What areas do you serve?

Vancouver and all of Clark County, including Ridgefield, Battle Ground, Camas, Washougal, Brush Prairie, and La Center, plus Woodland and Kelso in Cowlitz County.

How do I schedule electrical work?
