Who we are
This website is operated by Westpeak Electric LLC, doing business as WestPeak Electric, an electrical contractor based in Ridgefield, Washington. You can reach us at ed@westpeakelect.com or 360-521-6913.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us.
- Estimate requests. When you submit the form, we receive your name, phone number, email address if you provide it, the project location, the type of work, and your description of the project.
- Calls, texts, and emails. If you contact us directly, we receive whatever you share.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, prepare an estimate, schedule and perform the work, and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who helps us handle it
The estimate form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, and our email is hosted by Google. Both process your message on our behalf so that we can receive it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count visits, see which pages are read, measure how fast pages load, and count how many estimate requests are sent and how often the phone and email links are used. Neither uses cookies or identifies individual visitors, and nothing you type into the form is sent to them. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
Links to other sites
We link to our profiles on Google, Instagram, and Facebook, and to Washington State’s contractor lookup. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing ed@westpeakelect.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it, for example invoices and permit records.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
