Vancouver is Clark County’s largest city. Inside city limits, electrical permits and inspections go through the City of Vancouver instead of Washington L&I. We handle the permit either way.

Permits and inspections
Most of our service area is inspected by Washington L&I. Inside Vancouver city limits, the City of Vancouver issues the permit and does the inspection. We take care of either one.
Your utility
Clark Public Utilities serves Clark County. Cowlitz PUD serves Cowlitz County. On panel and service work, we coordinate the shutoff with them.
