Working in Woodland
Woodland is on the Lewis River, which is also the county line. Most of the city is in Cowlitz County. A small part, south of the river, is in Clark County. For electrical work, that mostly changes which utility you’re on.
From Ridgefield it’s one of the shorter drives we make, which makes Woodland a natural part of our area even though most of it is in a different county. We take on residential and commercial work in town and on the rural properties east along the Lewis River.

Homes and buildings
What Woodland properties tend to need
Woodland has older homes in town and a steady amount of newer construction. For an older house, the usual jobs are a panel replacement and getting the kitchen and baths onto the circuits they need. For a newer one, it’s lighting, a hot tub circuit, and other additions.
Along the Lewis River, properties are more spread out and many are on wells. When the power is out, a well pump doesn’t run, so a generator inlet and interlock is worth pricing.
From a customer
Ed is great. Easy to work with, stays in scope, communicates any changes/needs.
